No ifs and butts

Not sure if it's Saturday or Friday that I read an article that say the longer you sit, the shorter your life span is no matter how fit you are. So, this weekend, I did lots of standing. Saturday, after GB a few hours later, went to East Coast Park with Belle, Elward, Kah Min, Kenneth, Marcus, Meryvn, Roxanne and Wan Zhen. We rent our bikes then the boys went playing volleyball while we [the girls] self teach ourselves [some girls who dont know how to ride bike] ride bike. Well, the boys did help some what. Then bla bla bla. Some other stuff like some ppl went riding the bike, me and belle went to ride bike together, me and belle went to buy ice cream, the boys hit a woman walking pass accidentally with the volleyball etc details.
Then came that. Dinner. Well, we are actually quite far from the Mac/burger king/those fast food place. Like about 15+min bike ride which is equal to a very long walk. But cause of undecided where else to go to eat dinner/ the restaurants near by are very ex, we decided to walk all the way to there to have dinner.
Then after dinner and other details, [like playing with sparkles for a while but Elward got scolded by a lady for playing dangerously, Elward spraying perfume on Mervyn, some ppl need go home early , etc]. We went home. We left at about 8.45 and we reached home at 10.40 plus :D [near 11] Pro? We spent long time walking to the underground tunnel due to the fact that there are many lazy ppl like us who want to take a taxi home so we couldn't take one.
Home sweet home. Happy ending.
Then today, I had GB enrollment. Which is like offically recruiting the new members in etc. Had to wear full uniform today T_T A lot of ppl stared at me like I'm some alien on my way to school. Then etc. Had to stand for quite a while for the marching of colours [flag stuff] and picture taking and stuff. Process was quite long but much better compared to last year which we had to stand under the hot sun at the field for a long time. Lunch was quite a disappointment. We had buffet last year but this year is packet food. But the higher class type. But the food was not bad.
Then etc etc etc.
